1.Rice flour
4.Sesame seeds


1.Soak the rice overnight and dry them under sun light in the next morning, till rice is slightly dry,make a fine powder of rice and sieve it well.
2.Heat jaggery with 1 glass of water as required to prepare jaggery syrup.Keep on stirring the syrup till it attains ball consistency.
3.Add some ghee to jaggery syrup,roasted sesame seeds,rice flour and mix it well evenly.
4.Add rice flour till it forms into a smooth dough.Heat sufficient ghee for frying ariselu in a pan.
5.Prepare small dough balls with rice flour mixture and place them on banana leaf.Now prepare small size ariselu on leaf and gently drop them in hot ghee.
6.Deep fry till nice golden colour and serve.
