3.Chana dal boiled
5.Cabbage shredded
6.Tomatoes cut into juliennes
7.Green chutney
9.Chaat masala powder
11.Green chillies finely chopped
12.Mayonnaise sauce

1.Take a bowl blend boiled chana dal,add pinch of salt,garam masala powder,green chillies,chaat masala,onions,coriander leaves chopped,mashed and boiled potato and mix well evenly.
2.Prepare round patties with mixture and fry on non stick pan with butter.
3.Meanwhile fry bun on both sides and keep aside.
4.Prepare a plain omelette (without any ingredients) on non stick pan,place the pattie on omelette and cover it till its done.
5.Sprinkle some chaat masala powder and keep aside.Prepare a mixture with help of shredded cabbage,onion,tomatoes and mayonnaise sauce and mix well evenly.
6.Now apply green chutney to fried buns,place prepared kabab,mayonnaise mixture on top kabab,apply tomato ketchup,place cucumber slices and close with other bun on top and serve immediately.
