Butter Fried Chicken With Curry Mayonnaise


4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Green chillies
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Crushed Black Pepper corns
11.Lemon juice
12.Rice flour
13.Corn flour


1.Slit chicken breast into two and transfer into a bowl,add green chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,crushed pepper corns and salt,mix well all the ingredients.
2.Add roughly chopped curry leaves and add some lemon juice,mix well and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3.Heat a non stick,add butter,curry leaves,green chillies.Switch off the heat and transfer into bowl.
4.Add Mayonnaise and mix well,add crushed pepper corns,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Set aside.
5.Add rice flour,corn flour,maida and mix well along with marinated chicken.
6.Heat some butter in a pan,add marinated chicken by drizzling some butter,cook till crisp and done.Serve hot with Mayonnaise dip.
