Palak Aur Dal Ke Pakode


1.Spinach leaves
2.Moong dal
4.Green chilli finely chopped
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Blend moong dal,ginger,salt,green chilli into a fine paste,transfer into a bowl.
2.Now finely chop spinach leaves and add to blended mixture,mix well.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop small portions of the mixture to the pan like pakodas.
4.Deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Drain on absorbent napkin and serve hot.
