Cottage Cheese In Barbeque Sauce


2.Barbeque sauce
5.Crushed Black pepper corns
6.Green chillies
8.Garlic chopped
10.Capsicum (Red,Yellow,Green) cubes


1.Heat sufficient oil in kadai.
2.Grate panner in a bowl,combine salt,crushed pepper corns,onions,green chillies,garlic,parsley,barbeque sauce and mix well.
3.Knead well into a soft dough and prepare medium sized balls.
4.Deep fry the balls in hot oil till nice golden colour and crisp.Drain on an absorbent napkin.
5.Heat some oil in non stick pan,add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
6.Add onions and saute till golden colour.Add green chillies,barbeque sauce and capsicum,toss well.
7.Add little water to adjust the consistency add salt,crushed pepper corns and mix well.
8.Now arrange fried balls in a plate,pour the sauce on top of balls and garnish with parsley,serve hot.
