Ginger Garlic Crispy Chicken


1.Chicken breast
2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Red chilli paste
5.Black pepper powder
6.Soya sauce
7.Corn starch
9.Bread slices


1.For Marination: Combine red chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,salt,pepper powder,soya sauce,corn starch in a bowl and mix well.
2.Slit chicken horizontally into halves and cut into two, add this chicken pieces to marinade and mix well.Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3.Heat sufficient oil in kadai,discard the edges og bread slices and blend into a bread crumbs.Now spread this bread crumbs on plate.
4.Coat marinated chicken pieces with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
