South Indian Fried Chicken


3.Coriander powder
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Crushed pepper corns
7.Lemon juice
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Curry leaves
10.Rice flour
13.Coconut oil
14.Mustard seeds
15.Green chillies
16.Coriander leaves


1.Combine chicken pieces along with salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,crushed pepper corns,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,chopped curry leaves and mix well.
2.Marinate aside for 10-15 minutes.
3.Mix together rice flour,semolina,salt in a bowl.Coat marinated chicken pieces with the mixture.
4.Heat sufficient oil in kadai,deep fry the chicken pieces till nice golden colour and crisp.
5.Heat coconut oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,slit green chillies,curry leaves,remaining crushed pepper corns and mix well.
6.Add fried chicken,salt and toss well.Add remaining lemon juice,coriander leaves and serve hot.
