Kanda Chicken Curry


4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Green chillies
8.Coriander powder
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Lemon juice
11.Garam masala powder
12.Coriander leaves
13.Dry coconut powder


1.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,fry kanda pieces in oil and deep fryn till nice golden colour.
2.In the same pan pour some oil,add green chillies,onions,turmeric powder and mix well.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute,add chicken pieces and fry for few minutes by covering a lid.
4.Add fried kanda pieces and give it a mix,add salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
coriander powder,garam masala powder,dry coconut powder and mix
well.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,lemon juice and serve hot.
