Kasuri Methi Chicken Tikka


1.Dried Fenugreek leaves
2.Boneless Chicken
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Kashmiri red chilli paste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Lemon juice
7.Black salt
9.Red chilli flakes
10.Garam masala powder
13.Carom seeds
14.Besan flour
15.Turmeric powder
17.Chaat masala powder


1.Combine ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli paste,red chilli powder,lemon juice,black salt,salt,red chilli flakes,garam masala powder,fenugreek leaves,curd and mix well.
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan,add carom seeds,besan flour and saute trill flour changes into light brown colour.
3.Now add roasted flour to marinade mixture and mix well,add turmeric powder,chicken pieces and mix well again.Set aside too marinate for 1 hour.
4.Heat some oil in a non stick grill pan,place chicken pieces on it,flip the chicken pieces on both sides till its done.
5.Bast chicken pieces with butter on top,Sprinkle chaat masala powder and serve hot.
