3.Cardamoms (Green & Black)
5.Ginger paste

7.Cumin seeds
8.Cashew nuts
9.Water melon seeds

1.Heat some oil in a pan add green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon and saute till fragrant.
2.Add onions and saute,add ginger paste,garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add cumin seeds,cashew nuts,melon seeds and saute for a minute.
4.Add tomato puree,curd,turmeric powder,green chilli paste and butter,stir well.
5.Add garam masala powder,khoya and mix well,Now add one and half cup water and bring it to boil,switch off the flame and rest aside to cool down the gravy.
6.Strain the liquid and blend the remaining mixture,Transfer into a bowl and add strained liquid and mix well.
7.Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic paste,saute.Add onions capsicum sliced and mix well.
8.Add gravy and cook for 5 minutes.Now add paneer and give it a gentle stir.
9.Add green cardamom powder,coriander leaves and mix well.Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.
