Bachali Koora Roti Pachadi


1.Bachali koora
3.Urad dal
4.Chana dal
5.Dried red chillies
6.Garlic cloves
7.Cumin seeds
8.Mustard seeds
9.Curry leaves
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies and saute for a minute,transfer into a plate.
2.Add bachali koora,salt and mix well,saute till moisture oozes out.
3.Once done transfer into a plate.
4.Now pound dried red chillies in a mortar by adding some salt.
5.Add fried bachali koora,turmeric,cumin seeds,garlic and pound well,Add some chinthakaya pulp and pound well.
6.Heat some oil in a pan,add chana dal,dried red chillies,cumin seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,garlic clove and saute for few minutes,finally add ground chutney and mix well.Serve hot with rice.
