Barbeque Chicken Spring Rolls


1.Boneless Chicken
2.Spring roll sheets
4.Pepper corns
5.Tabasco sauce
6.Worcestershire sauce
7.Tomato ketchup
9.Garlic chopped
10.Capsicum cut into strips


1.Take chicken strips in a bowl,add salt crushed pepper,tabasco sauce,worcestershire sauce,tomato ketchup and mix well.
2.Marinate aside for 5-10 minutes.
3.Heat some oil in a non stick pan,add garlic and saute,add marinated chicken and saute on high heat for 4-5 minutes.
4.Add capsicum and toss well,remove from heat and keep aside in a bowl.
5.Take maida in a bowl,add sufficient water and prepare a thick slurry.
6.Take a spring roll sheet on top,add some prepared chicken mixture,sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese.Apply slurry on edges and roll it.Repeat the same process for other rolls.
7.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,deep fry the rolls till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
