1.Besam flour
2.Baking soda
3.Turmeric powder
5.Carom seeds
7.Green chillies (Bajji Mirchi)
8.Tamarind paste
9.Red chilli powder


1.Take a bowl add besan flour,carom seeds,baking soda,turmeric powder and mix well.Add some oil,water and mix well till it attains thick consistency.
2.Meanwhile prepare a thick paste with tamarind,carom seeds,red chilli powder,salt,roasted chick pea flower and mix well evenly.
3.Slit green chillies and fill it up with prepared ground paste.
4.Now dip the green chilli in besan batter,rub the edges and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till slightly golden in colour.
5.Cut fried mirchi into small bite size pieces and deep fry once again.One done serve hot with garnished onions,peanuts,chaat masala powder,lemon juice.
