1.Blend Coriander leaves,green chillies,garlic cloves,ginger,pepper corns,cloves,cinnamon with little amount of water into a fine paste.
2.Add mutton pieces in a bowl,add ground masala paste,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Set aside.
3.Heat some oil in a non stick pan,add onions and saute till onions are translucent.
4.Add marinated mutton and cook on high heat for few minutes.Add sufficient water and cook for 45 minutes.Strain the stock and set aside.
5.Heat some oil in another pan,add remaining cinnamon,pepper corns,star anise,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,cloves,mace,sesame seeds,stone flower,poppy seeds,fennel seeds and mix well.
6.Add onion and saute till translucent,add fresh coconut and saute till light brown colour.
7.Add bay leaf,dried coconut and saute for 2-3 minutes.Remove from heat and cool the mixture.
8.Heat remaining oil in a pressure cooker,add remaining garlic,onions and saute.
9.Blend the coconut mixture into a fine paste by adding required amount of water.
10.Add ground coconut paste to pressure pan and saute well.Add turmeric powder,kolhapuri masala,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and mix well.
11.Add mutton pieces and 1/2 cup water and cook for about 4-5 minutes,once done serve hot.
