1.Mutton Keema
3.Garam masala powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Cumin seeds
6.Red chilli powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Dried red chillies
9.Garlic roughly crushed
10.Turmeric powder
11.Onion paste


1.Heat some oil in a pressure pan,add cumin seeds,onion paste (coriander seeds,cumin seeds,onions) and saute for a minute.
2.Add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
3.Add garam masala powder and mix well,Now add mutton keema and mix well evenly.
4.Add coriander leaves,cook till keema releases oil around the pan.Add sufficient water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
5.Heat some oil in another pan,add curry leaves,red chillies,garlic crushed and saute for a minute.
6.Add gongura leaves and mix well.Cook till leaves are tender.Once done add cooked keema mixture in gongura and mix well evenly.Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame and transfer into a bowl,serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
