1.Soak 3 lentils separately (moong dal,urad dal,bobbarlu) for 1 hour,coarsely ground the lentils and transfer into a bowl.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small vadas on wet cloth and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour.
3.Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup in a pan by adding some water,cook till jaggery syrup attains thread consistency.Drop vadas in jaggery syrup and soak for few minutes and remove.Serve hot.
