3.Turmeric powder
4.Mustard seeds
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Tamarind paste


1.Take chicken pieces in abowl add salt,turmeric powder and mix well,set aside to marinate.
2.Heat some oil in a non stick pan,add mustard seeds and mix well.
3.Add remaining turmeric powder,marinated chicken pieces and mix well.Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
4.Cover and cook for another 8-10 minutes,Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and mix well.
5.Add tamarind paste and mix well,cook for 1-2 minutes and serve.
