2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Ginger green chilli paste
5.Garlic cloves
6.Turmeric powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander-Cumin powder
9.Lemon juice


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute till light brown colour.
2.Add ginger green chilli paste,garlic minced and saute for a minute.
3.Add carrots,fenugreek leaves and mix well.
4.Add turmeric power,salt and mix well,cover and cook till carrots are done.
5.Add coriander cumin powder and lemon juice and mix well.Serve hot with chapathi.
