Samosa Cones - Keema Stuffing


1.Mutton Keema
4.Cumin seeds
5.Ginger garlic paste
8.Garam masala powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Coriander powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Green chillies
14.Coriander leaves
15.Carom seeds


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,onions and saute till onions are translucent.
2.Add tomatoes,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,green chillies and coriander leaves.
3.Saute for 4-5 minutes,Add mutton keema and stir for a while.
4.Meanwhile combine maida,carom seeds,salt and mix well,prepare a smooth dough,rest aside for 10-15 minutes.
5.Add little water in pressure pan,cook for about 10- 15 minutes.Now divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into small pooris.
6.Cut them into halves and shape them into cones,Place 2- 3 potato cubes inside cones.
7.Heat sufficient oil in kadai,drop cones in oil and deep fry till nice golden on medium flame.
8.When pressure releases from cooker,cook mutton keema on medium heat till all moisture evaporates.
9.Discard the potato cubes from fried cones,with help of knife scrap a little inside to get a cavity.
10.Fill the cones with fried keema mixture and serve hot with garnished onions rings and coriander sprigs.
