Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce


1.Boneless Chicken
2.Garlic chopped
3.Corn Flour
4.White Pepper powder
5.Soya Sauce
7.Onion Bulbs
8.Onion Greens
9.Ginger Chopped
11.Red Chilli Paste
12.Red Chilli Sauce


1.Take Chicken cubes in a bowl,add corn flour,salt,pepper powder,soya sauce and little water and mix well.
2.Heat sufficient oil in a kadai,deep fry chicken till nice golden and drain on absorbent napkin.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger,garlic,celery in kadai and saute well.
4.Add red chilli paste,mix and saute further.Add red chilli,soya sauce and mix well.
5.Add 1/2 cup water and cook till sauce thickens.Add spring onion bulbs,capsicum and mix well.
6.Add salt,pepper powder and mix well,cook for 2-3 minutes.
7.Dissolve corn flour in water and prepare a lump free slurry.Add corn flour mixture to pan and cook till it thickens.
8.Finally add fried chicken and toss well.Add spring onion greens,vinegar and mix well,serve hot.
