2.Toor dal
3.Chana dal
4.Red chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Urad dal
7.Yellow Moong dal
8.Masoor dal
11.Carrot finely chopped
12.French beans finely chopped
13.Sweet corn
14.Spinach finely chopped
15.Green chillies finely chopped
16.Oil for frying


1.In a bowl add in rice,chana dal,toor dal,red chillies,curry leaves,add water and wash ingredients well.
2.Add moong dal,urad dal,masoor dal and wash thoroughly,add in hing salt and rest aside for 3-4 hrs.
3.Drain water grind lentils into a coarse paste,Take a flat non stick pan and pour 1 spatula batter in the pan and spread evenly from inside out.
4.Sprinkle some finely chopped veggies like carrots, french beans, corn, spinach and green chillies etc.
5.Drizzle some oil at the edges of the adai and to the center.Cook on medium flame.
6.Slightly press down the veggies into the soft batter so that they stick ino the batter.Brown it on one side and then flip over to the other side for a minute. Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney or pickle.
