1.Mutton Keema
2.Ginger garlic green chilli paste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Coriander powder
8.Cumin powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Nut meg powder
12.Green peas boiled
13.Coriander leaves
14.Lemon juice
15.Potatoes boiled,peeled and mashed
17.Bread slices
19.Bread Crumbs
20.Corn flour


1.Heat some oil in a pressure pan add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute.
2.Add onions and saute till translucent,add mutton keema and saute on high heat.
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,nut meg powder and mix well.Cook for 3-4 minutes.
4.Add salt and mix well,add 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for 2 whistles,simmer the flame and cook for another 15 minutes.
5.Cook on high heat add green peas,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.Cook till moisture evaporates.
6.Combine potatoes,maida,salt in a bowl.Soak bread slices in water,squeeze in excess water and add in bowl.
7.Break egg in another bowl,add salt and whisk it well.
8.Spread bread crumbs on a plate,Mix remaining refined flour and corn flour onto another plate and spread.
9.Grease your palms with some oil,divide potato mixture into equal portions,flatten them and place spoonful of keema mixture,cover it with another disc.Seal and shape into round ball.
10.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,coat balls in flour mixture and dip in egg batter and coat with bread crumbs.
11.Deep fry in hot oil till golden colour,drain on absorbent napkin,Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
