Crispy Chilli Fish


1.Basa Fish
2.Red chillies
4.White Pepper powder
5.Paprika powder
6.Lemon juice
8.Corn flour
9.Baking soda
13.Soya sauce
14.Spring onions
15.Sesame seeds for garnishing


1.Cut fish into cubes,add salt,pepper powder,paprika powder,lemon juice and mix well,set aside for 10-15 min.
2.Combine maida,corn flour,pepper powder,baking soda,salt and add some water,prepare a smooth consistency batter.
3.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,dip marinated fish pieces in batter and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour.Drain on absorbent napkin.
4.Blend red chillies with some water,prepare a smooth paste.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and saute well.Add soya sauce,red chilli paste and mix well.Add some water and mix well.
6.Add salt,pepper powder,finally add fried fish pieces and mix well.Add chopped spring onions and toss well.Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions and serve hot.
