Indian Chicken Tikka Masala


1.Chicken tikka pieces
2.Cumin seeds
4.Bay leaf
5.Black Cardamom
6.Green Cardamom
9.Onions chopped
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Coriander powder
13.Red chilli powder
14.Turmeric powder
16.Cashew nut and melon seed paste
18.Fresh Cream
19.Garam masala powder
20.Coriander leaves
21.Lemon juice


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,bay leaf,black cardamom,green cardamom,cloves,cinnamon and saute till nice aroma.
2.Add onions chopped and saute till brown colour,add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute till raw flavor goes off.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and mix well,cook till soft and pulpy.
4.Now add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook for few minutes till nice aroma.
5.Add cashew nut melon seed paste and mix well,cook till mixture releases oil around the pan.
6.Add cubes of chicken tikka pieces and mix well,add some water as required and give it a stir.Cook till chicken tikka pieces absorb all masalas.
7.Add cubes of onions,capsicum,tomatoes (remove pulp) and mix well,add fresh cream,sprinkle some garam masala powder,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.Cook till done and serve hot.
