1.Boiled Rice
2.Mixed Veggies boiled (Your choice)
3.Cashew nuts
5.Coriander leaves
6.Salt to taste
9.Garam masala whole
10.Masala paste
11.Pepper corn

1.Melt some butter in a pan,add whole garam masala,cashew nut,raisins and saute till nice golden colour.
2.Add masala paste and saute for 2-3 minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Now add boiled and cooked rice,mixed veggies,salt and toss well.Mix well till all masalas coat well the rice.
4.Once done transfer into a bowl,garnish with grated paneer,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
