3.Cardamom powder
4.Green chillies
5.Kasoori methi
6.Garam masala powder
11.Water melon seeds
12.Cashew nuts
13.Poppy seeds
14.Fried onions
15.Whole garam masala
16.Cumin seeds
17.Ginger garlic paste
18.Tomato puree
19.Coriander powder
20.Cumin powder
21.Red chilli powder

1.Take a bowl add grated paneeer,boiled and peeled potato,cardamom powder,green chillies,kasoori methi,salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
2.Prepare kofthas and roll in maida flour,deep fry in hot oil till nice golden colour,keep aside.
3.Boil almonds,water melon seeds,cashew nuts,poppy seeds for 15 minutes and blend along with fried onions.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masala,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw flavour is all gone,.
5.Add tomato puree,mix well.Cook for a minute.Now add nuts paste and mix well.
6.Add coriander,cumin,turmeric,red chilli powder and mix well.Add curd and bring it to boil.
7.Add 3 tbsp of fresh cream and give it a good mix,bring it to a boil.Place kofthas in serving plate,pour gravy on top and garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
