Paneer Corn Korma

Paneer Corn Korma


1.Grated Coconut
2.Poppy seeds
3.Cashew nuts
4.Green chillies
6.Sweet corn
9.Tomatoes chopped
11.Red chilli powder
13.Tomato puree


1.Heat a non stick pan,add coconut grated and saute till light brown colour for 1 minute,stir continuously.
2.Add poppy seeds,cashew nuts and dry roast for a minute,once done keep aside to cool down.
3.Add green chillies and blend into a fine paste by adding some water as required.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add panner and fry till light brown colour,keep aside.
5.Add onions and saute till golden brown colour,once done keep aside to cool down,Blend into a fine paste by adding little water.
6.Now both both coconut and onion paste,saute on a medium flame for a minute.
7.Add tomatoes,turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and 1/2 cup water,cook for 2 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.
8.Add tomato puree,curd and mix well,cook for 2 minutes,Keep stirring in between the mixture.
9.Finally add sweet corn,paneer cubes and mix,cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes till done,serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
