2.Red chilli powder (Kashmiri red chillies)
3.Black pepper
4.Coriander Powder
5.MSG (optional)
6.Garam Masala Powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Dry Curry Leaf Powder
9.Cumin powder
10.Green Chilli
11.Ginger, garlic paste
12.Corn flour
13.Citric acid
14.Rice flour
15.Regular Red chilli Powder


1.Take a bowl add turkey pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt mix it well and keep it a side for 4-5 hours.
2.Take a mixing bowl add kashmir red chilli powder, garam masala powder,
black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, corn flour, rice flour, MSG, citric acid, dry curry leaf powder,
and mix it well. then coat this mixture into the turkey pieces.
3.Rest aside the mixture about 5 minutes.
4.Heat oil for deep frying,drop turkey pieces in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.Once done transfer onto paper napkin,drain excess oil.
5.Serve hot with fried green chillies,curry leaves.
