3.Channa dal
4.Red chillies
5.Curry leaves


1.In a bowl add rice,chana dal,toor dal,red chillies,curry leaves and wash thoroughly and drain water.
2.Soak in water for about 3-4 hrs.Once done blend into a fine batter.
3.No need of fermentation.
4.Heat non stick pan,pour batter and spread evenly like dosa,drizzle some oil on edges of dosa adai and cook on medioum flame till golden brown colour.
5.Flip other side and cook for a minute,serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
