Mixed Vegetable Korma


1.Water Melon seeds
3.Cashew nuts
4.Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu)
5.Fried onions
6.Whole garam masala
7.Cumin seeds
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Tomato puree
10.Coriander powder
11.Cumin powder
12.Turmeric powder
13.Red chilli powder
15.Mint leaves
16.Green peas


1.Boil some almonds,water melon seeds,poppy seeds,cashew nuts for 15 minutes and blend along with some fried onions into a fine paste.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add tomato puree,ground paste and mix well,add coriander,cumin,turmeric,red chilli powder and stir well.
4.Add curd and bring it to boil,add mint leaves,boiled veggies (above said) and cook for 10 minutes,add some water if gravy thickens.
5.Cook on medium flame,cover and cook for few minutes till done,serve hot with naan rotis.
