1.Boiled potatoes
2.Boiled green peas
3.Blanched spinach
4.Mint leaves
5.Chopped coriander
6.Green chillies chopped
8.Chaat masala
9.Roasted chana dal flour
10.Oil deep frying
11.Salt to taste
13.Garam masala
14.Lemon Juice
15.Onion chopped
16.Whole garam Masala


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masala cloves,cinnamon,shahijeera,red chillies,coriander seeds,chana dal and saute.
2.After some time add ginger garlic and green chillies,stem parts of mint and coriander.
3.Add onions and saute for few minutes,add green peas,mint leaves,coriander leaves,boiled spinach,grated paneer and mix well.
4.Add boiled and grated  potato,salt and mix well,cook for few minutes on medium flame.
5.Blend mixture into a coarse paste,transfer into a bowl.Add bread crumbs,roasted chana dal,chaat masala powder and mix well evenly.
6.Divide into small equal portions and prepare kababs,keep aside in a separate plate.
7.Heat a non stick pan,drizzle some oil.Place kababs and cook evenly on both sides till brown colour.Drizzle some oil and cook,once done transfer into serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
