Multigrain Salted Crispies


2.Raagi flour
3.Bajra flour
4.Soya bean flour
6.Carom seeds (Vaamu)
7.Salt to taste
8.Black pepper powder
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Combine all flour in deep bowl,add ghee,carom seeds,pepper powder,salt to taste and mix well.
2.Meanwhile boil some water and add little by little to the mixture,prepare a dough.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now take a dough ball and roll it with a rolling pin into thin layer. (Not so thick or not so thin).
4.Cut chapathi with a knife into diamond shapes and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Transfer into a paper napkin and sprinkle some chaat masala powder.Serve immediately and store in air tight container.
