1.Soya beans
2.Besan flour
4.Cardamom powder
5.Cashew nuts


1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add soya beans flour and saute till raw smell goes off.
2.Transfer the fried mixture into a bowl,in the same pan add some more ghee and saute besan flour till raw smell goes off.
3.Boil some water in a pan by adding 2 cup of sugar and bring it to boil till it turns into a thread consistency syrup.
4.Add some cardamom powder in sugar syrup and mix well.Add fried flours to the pan and mix well till it turns into a thick consistency.Once done transfer into a ghee greased plate.
5.Prepare a thick layer and rest aside to cool down the mixture and cut into desired shapes,garnish with cashew nuts.
