2.Corn flour
6.Green chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Garlic chopped
11.White pepper powder
13.Red chilli powder
15.Food colour
16.Curry leaves


1.Take a large bowl combine maida,corn flour,salt,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,ajinomoto and mix well with water till it attains thick batter.
2.Make sure there are no lumps in the batter,add some food colour and mix well evenly.
3.Heat oil in large pan,now dip the mushrooms in batter and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.
4.Transfer fried mushrooms in separate bowl.Heat some oil in a another pan,add garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,ajinomoto a pinch and saute for few seconds.
5.Add curd and mix well,add pinch of food colour,some water as required and stir fry for few minutes.
6.Finally add fried button mushrooms and saute,stir fry for few seconds and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
