1.Take a large bowl add in the maida,salt,baking soda and combine all the ingredients.
2.Add in ghee and combine the mixture with fingers till it attains crumbled texture.
3.Add curd and mix well till it becomes a nice soft dough,allow the dough to rest for about 30 min.
4.After 30 min divide the dough into small equal portions and make balls with small dent in the middle.Rest aside the balls for another 15 min.
5.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
6.Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup with 1/4 cup of water,1 cup sugar,cardamom powder,boil until it becomes into single thread consistency.Drop the fried balls into sugar syrup and soak for few minutes.
