2.Ginger chopped
3.Garlic cloves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Pudina leaves
7.Green chillies
8.Phool Makhani
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder
11.Nut meg powder
12.Cashew nuts
15.Red chilli powder
16.Turmeric powder
17.Salt to taste


1.Blanch the spinach and boil for 2-3 minutes in water,drain the water and keep aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger,garlic,onions,green chillies,pinch of nut meg powder,coriander,pudina leaves and saute for few minutes.Switch off the flame and blend into a fine paste along with spinach.
3.Heat some oil in another pan,add onions,salt and cook till golden colour,add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and cook till raw flavor is all gone.
4.Add tomatoes chopped,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook till tomatoes are mashed well.
5.Add some water as required,ground paste (spinach paste) and mix well.Cook for few minutes.Now add fried cashew nuts,phool makhani sauted in butter(lotus seeds) and give it a good stir.Switch off then flame.Serve hot with garnished cream on top.
