1.Besan flour
3.Cardamom powder


1.Take a bowl add besan flour and mix well with water,prepare a dough mixture.
2.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,take the dough mixture in a sev presser and press directly in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
3.Once done transfer into a plate and rest aside to cool down,now blend fried sev into a fine powder.
4.Blend sugar along with cardamoms into a fine powder,mix well both ingredients by adding some ghee,prepare small size laddoos.
