Dahi Masala Hara Kofta Curry


1.Green leafy vegetables (Thotakoora)
2.Hing or asafoetida
3.Red chilli powder
4.Sesame seeds
5.Green chillies chopped
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Besan flour
8.Salt to taste
10.Mustard seeds
11.Cumin seeds
12.Onion chopped
13.Turmeric powder
14.Tomatoes chopped
15.Cumin powder
16.Coriander powder
17.Curd (Yogurt)


chop amarnath leaves and transfer into a bowl,add pinch of hing,sesame
seeds,red chilli powder,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
2.Add besan flour and mix well,set aside for 3-4 minutes and prepare round koftas.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying and add kofta balls,fry till nice golden colour.
some oil in another pan,add mustard seeds when they start crackling add
cumin seeds,onion chopped,little salt and cook till onions are red.
5.Add pinch of turmeric powder,tomatoes chopped and cook till they are nicely mashed up.
6.Add cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
fried kofta balls,curd and mix well,add little water as
required.Cover and cook for 1 boil,once done switch off the flame and
serve hot.
