1.Parboiled potatoes
4.Red chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Dry coconut powder
8.Cumin seeds
9.Mustard seeds
10.Ginger chopped
11.Garlic chopped
12.Red chilli powder
13.Turmeric powder
14.Salt to taste
15.Lemon juice
16.Coriander leaves


1.Grate the parboiled potatoes into a separate bowl,add seasoning red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,lemon juice,coriander leaves,maida and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Now prepare round balls with mixture and deep fry till golden colour and crisp.
3.Once done transfer into a absorbent napkin and remove excess oil.
4.Heat some oil in a separate wok or pan,Meanwhile add some seasoning (red chilli powder,bread flour) to the curd,mix well.
5.Add cumin,mustard,red chillies to the pan and saute for few seconds.Add curry leaves,chopped ginger,garlic as required and stir fry.
6.Add curd mixture to the pan and mix well,cook for a minute.Once done add fried potato balls and  cook till all curd mixture is absorbed by balls.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,lemon juice and give it a final stir.Sprinkle some dry coconut powder and serve hot.
