Spicy Indian Chips


2.Oil for deep frying
3.Dry Mint leaves (Pudina)
4.Cumin seeds powder
5.Garam masala powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Dry Mango powder
9.Black salt
10.Lemon juice


1.Mix well all the above said spices (Mint leaves to lemon juice) and set aside.
2.Prick the tortillas with a fork on both sides this will avoid puffing up and make tortillas crisp.
3.Cut the tortillas into triangles and deep fry till light golden colour,crisp.
4.Once done take them out into a plate,sprinkle the spice powder all over the chips and toss well.Serve immediately and store in air tight jar,shelf period is 1 month.
