3.Mustard seeds
4.Curry leaves
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Green chillies
8.Turmeric powder
9.Coconut milk
10.Salt to taste


1.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,add paneer cubes and fry till nice brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.
2.Heat some oil in another pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
3.Add onions and saute till translucent,add ginger garlic paste,green chillies,turmeric powder and fried paneer.
4.Cook on high heat for a minute,add coconut milk and salt,mix well.Cover and cook for about 10 minutes till done,serve hot.
