Green Peas And Saag Masala Curry


1.Green peas
6.Green chillies
8.Nut meg powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Pudina leaves
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Tomatoes chopped
15.Coriander powder
16.Cumin powder
17.Red chilli powder
18.Garam masala powder
19.Fresh cream


1.First blanch the spinach and put them into hot water,bring it to a boil.Once done transfer into a plate.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger,garlic,green chillies,onion, pinch of nut meg powder,coriander,pudina and mix well.Switch off the flame and saute for a minute.
3.Transfer the mixture into a blender and make into a fine paste.
4.Now heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt and saute till nice golden colour.Add turmeric,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is all gone.
5.Add tomatoes,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder and mix well,cook till tomatoes are mashed well.
6.Add some water and mix well,add green peas,ground paste and mix well.Cover and cook till gravy thickens.
7.Add tomato cubes,garam masala powder and mix well.Cook till tomatoes are tender.Add some fresh cream finally and give it a fine stir.Serve hot.
