3.Mustard seeds

7.Fenugreek seeds
8.Garam masala powder
10.Salt to taste

13.Turmeric powder
14.Ginger garlic paste
15.Kabuli chana
17.Coriander powder
18.Red chilli powder
20.Coriander leaves

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add mustard seeds,fennel seeds,bay leaf,kalonji,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds and saute.
2.Add coarsely grinded garam masala powder,onions and saute for few minutes.
3.Add salt,green chillies,hing,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well.Cook till raw flavor is all gone.Add soaked kabuli chana and saute.
4.Meanwhile prepare a slurry,take a bowl combine curd along with some red chilli powder,mustard powder,coriander powder,mango pickle and mix well evenly all the ingredients.
5.Now add this mixture to frying pan and mix well.cook till all masala coat well the chana.
6.Now add soaked rice and spread it,add 2 cups of water.Add coriander,pudina leaves.Cover and cook on slow flame till all mositure is absorbed by rice.
7.Once done,gently flip the rice upside down and serve hot.
