15.Mustard seeds
16.Kalonji (onion seeds)
17.Curry leaves
18.Besan flour
19.Green chillies
20.Sugar a pinch


1.Take a bowl add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,fried onions,ginger garlic paste,pudina leaves,coriander leaves,salt and mix well all the ingredients with some water.
2.Heat some oil in a pan add red chillies,mustard,cumin seeds,kalonji seeds,curry leaves,besan flour and saute on medium flame for few minutes.
3.Add prepared slurry and add some tomato puree,mix well.Ad green chillies,some water and give it a stir.
4.Cover and cook for 10 min till gravy attains thick consistency.Sprinkle some sugar and mix well.Finally add boiled and fried eggs to the pan,cook on medium flame for 2 min.Serve hot.
