3.Red chilli powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Sesame seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Besan flour


1.Take a bowl add finely chopped thotakoora leaves (amarnath leaves) hing,red chilli powder,green chillies,sesame seeds,ginger garlic paste,besan flour,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Rest aside the mixture for 5 min.
3.Now prepare round dumplings with the mixture.Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,gently add dumplings in hot oil and deep fry till nic golden colour and crisp.Fry on medium flame,serve hot.
