3.Besan flour
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Cumin seeds
6.Bajji mirpakayalu
7.Baking soda
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Combine besan flour with water and mix well without any lumps.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,soda,cumin seeds and mix well evenly.
3.Stuff bajji mirchis with boiled and mashed potato,panner grated,some salt,red chilli powder and keep aside.
4.Now dip bajji mirchi in besan flour batter and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
