2.Coriander leaves
3.Curry leaves
4.Green chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Garam masala powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Food colour
11.Rice flour
13.Lemon juice
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Blend coriander leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves into a coarse paste.
2.Transfer ground mixture into a deep bowl,add salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,food colour,rice flour,maida and mix well,add some lemon juice,curd and give it a good mix,prepare a thick paste.
3.Now add chicken pieces and mix well,coat well all pieces evenly in mixture.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,crisp.Once done transfer into a plate and serve hot.
