Red Chilli Hot Coconut Chutney


1.Dried red chillies
2.Coconut grated
3.Chana dal
5.Salt to taste
7.Mustard seeds
8.Urad dal
10.Curry leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add chana dal,tamarind,dried red chillies and saute for few minutes,fry on slow flame.
2.Add salt,coconut grated and mix well,cook for another few minutes.
3.Transfer into a blender and blend into a fine paste.Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal and saute till light brown colour.
4.Add hing,switch off the flame add curry leaves and pour on of chutney and mix well.Serve with dosa or idli.
