Curry Leaf Pepper Chicken


3.Salt to taste
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Coconut grated
9.Red chilli powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Fennel seeds
12.Curry leaves
13.Pepper corn crushed
14.Coriander leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt and saute for  2 min,add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,turmeric powder,coconut grated,red chilli powder,coriander powder and cook for another 2 min.
2.Once done,transfer into a blender jar an blend into a smooth paste.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add fennel seeds,curry leaves,chicken and saute for a minute,add salt,crushed pepper,ground tomato paste and mix well.
4.Cover and cook for 25 min,keep stirring in between chicken without sticking to the bottom of pan.
5.Cook until the gravy thickens by covering a lid.Now add crushed pepper,coriander leaves and mix well.Cook for another 2 min till done,serve hot.
