4.Salt to taste
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder
12.Kasoori methi
13.Fresh cream


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions chopped,salt and mix well.Saute for few minutes till the onions are translucent.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Cook for 15-20 minutes on slow flame.
4.Melt some butter in a pan,add kassori methi,capsicum,paneer and saute for few minutes.
5.Add onion gravy masala to the pan and mix well,add some water as required,cook for few minutes.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes,add some salt and bring it to boil.Now add fresh cream by combining with gravy (to avoid cream curdling) and mix well.Switch off the flame and serve hot.
